Print Photography

All photos in the Portfolios are available as fine art prints in various sizes either framed or unframed. New photos and galleries are added from time to time so come back often to see what's new. Dennis prints each image himself to ensure a print quality that matches his vision. He uses a technique known as Giclée printing in which digital images are applied to high quality paper using very fine, long-lasting inks. The printer he uses is an Epson Stylus Photo 2200. The ink/paper combination are independently rated by Wilhelm Imaging Research and given a longevity of about 80 years without noticeable fading.

Prints with a standard height:width ratio of about 2:3 are available in a variety of sizes from 5"x7.5" (13x19cm) up to 12"x18" (30x46cm). Larger sizes are available by special order. Prints with a panoramic height:width ratio are available from 18" to 48" (46cm to 122cm) wide while the height is variable depending on the individual image. The actual finished size of a print depends on its height:width ratio. To keep shipping costs low, unframed prints are recommended.
